🌸 Handmade Magic (aka imperfections are part of the charm)

Sparkle Studio pieces are handmade with love, which means no two are exactly alike.

Small variations in shape, texture, or finish - and the occasional tiny imperfection- are part of the handmade process and not considered faults. In our opinion, that’s where the magic lives.

🎨 Colours & Photos

We do our best to capture colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.

💫 Materials & Sensitive Skin

We use hypoallergenic materials wherever possible ✨

That said, all skin is different. We cannot guarantee that every individual will be free from irritation or allergic reactions.

By purchasing and wearing our products, you acknowledge that Sparkle Studio is not liable for any skin sensitivities or reactions.

If you have known sensitivities, please check materials carefully or reach out before purchasing - we’re always happy to help.

Clay items are fragile, bestie! We’re not responsible for damage caused by wear, accidents, or improper care.

📦 Orders & Processing Times

Each piece is made with care, while I strive to get your pieces out as quickly as I can, please allow 2 business days for your order to be created and processed before shipping.

🚚 Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, Sparkle Studio is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services.

If something goes wrong in transit, we’ll do our best to help, but final responsibility sits with the shipping provider.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because our pieces are handmade, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, along with photos, and we’ll make it right.

🧸 Safety Note

Our products are not intended for small children and may pose a choking hazard.

We only collect the information needed to process your order and improve your experience (like your name, email, and shipping details).

We never sell your data - EVER.
